Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training


Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training is a structured approach, focusing on the improvement methodology enabling the statistical decision making. Using the DMAIC model, the course focuses on the principals, tools, strategies, in conjunction with the tactics to achieve significant improvement with reduced cost and process variation. The participants will learn how to be sincerely play their roles in driving the projects and motivating the team to apply project management skills for impacting business positively. Under the mentorship of industry experts and in-class activities, the participants will learn how to identify the problems in a process, pick the best solution, and implement it to achieve the desired goal.

Course Duration :- 40 hours
Upon the completion of the Informatica course, the candidates will be able to do the following:
